#DumpTheScales annual eating disorder march - June 21st 2025

On June 21, 2025, for the third consecutive year the streets of London will be filled with people marching for loved ones, for lost ones, and for the future generations affected by eating disorders.

This march is not just a walk — it’s a statement to demand better services and put an end to the neglect faced by those struggling with eating disorders across the UK.

The march is an amazing morning bringing together people from all over the UK to raise awareness and stand united against eating disorders. Illnesses that make you feel so wrong in yourself and this event brings us together in a supportive environment. The march provides hope to many, and gives people a space to connect.

People will gather at Trafalgar Square at 10:00am for speeches, with the march starting at 11:00am and finishing with a few more speeches at 11:45am, wrapping up the morning by 12.30pm.

Over the past year, the situation for many individuals with eating disorders has worsened, and the numbers are both shocking and catastrophic.
