I painted this plain white plate with blue porcelain paint and the phrase “eat your heart out” as a nod/“f-you” to the eating disorders that have followed me through my life. I believe the phrase fits well with the theme of recovery, in beating the thoughts from eating disorders telling you to restrict or limit what you eat.
